  1. Backup Documents, Pictures, Videos, Downloads
  2. Backup Navicat db connection settings
  3. Backup Filezilla ftp connection settings
  4. Backup www folder in c:\wamp\www
  5. Backup all the database
  6. Backup vhost settings
  7. Backup host file
